We, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care entities: AMO Asia Limited Taiwan, (“JJSV”, “We”, “us”), care about your privacy and would like you to be familiar with how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal information.
嬌生集團之香港商眼力健亞洲有限公司台灣分公司(以下簡稱JJSV或我們)十分在乎您的隱私權，希望您可以瞭解我們收集、使用和披露資料的方式。
With your consent, we will collect, store, use, disclose, and process your personal information for pharmacovigilance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Notice, below. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as described in the ‘Contacting Us’ section below.

Your personal information will be shared with our affiliates, service providers and other third parties, as described in our Privacy Notice. Your personal information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.

1. Information collection and purposes of collection and use. We will collect, store, use, disclose, and process your personal information i.e. name, hospital name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, qualifications, country of residence, and information collected during the process of communication and contact with the company (visit records and related reports, interests and activities, your participation in product presentations, marketing events, academic events and other events organized by us, and use status of company products) and samples provided, your opinions and evaluations on the company's products, services and events and related activities organized by us. (where applicable) for the purposes below:

If you submit any personal information relating to another individual to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

2. Disclosure of information: We disclose your personal information to our affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. JJSV is the party responsible for the management of the jointly-used personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties who will process your personal information on behalf of JJSV pursuant to conditions stipulated under this Privacy Notice, but only (i) to service providers that we use to support our business and with which we have a contract in place and (ii) to third parties engaged directly or indirectly in the organization of local and international medical events of JJSV. Other than these disclosures listed above, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties unless otherwise required by applicable laws or obtaining your separate consent accordingly.

You may make a request or withdraw your consent (if it is applicable under the applicable privacy law) to process your personal information and exercise other rights under the applicable privacy law by contacting us via [email protected] to the extent permitted under the applicable privacy law.

4. Cross-Border Transfer: The use and disclosure of personal information contemplated in this Privacy Notice may involve a transfer of the information to jurisdictions located outside your country of residence where our affiliates and/or third-party service providers listed in section 2 above, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country. Appropriate contractual and other measures are in place to protect your personal information when and where it is transferred and after such transfer to ensure appropriate personal data security measures to be taken in the transferred countries.
